Check your weight, height, blood pressure, ears, lymph nodes(swelling), heart beat(murmurs), theyll take blood(make sure your not diabetic or have high cholesterol), ask you about your sexual activity. Request a pap smear(makes sure you dont have cervical cancer or any std) unless you are still a virgin. They might give you one right then or they might make you an appointment for another time.

They do a vaginal exam and a urine test and they will give you vitamins and a lot of paper work on things you can expect and what meds you can take. It's always a good idea to start writing down all your questions so you will remember once you are face to face with them.

For me they took blood, urine, height, weight and blood pressure. They also checked for the babys heartbeat, did a papp smear and checked the size of my uterus. They will provide you with prenatals as well.
