Yes, she got her nose repaired, but she also got some cosmetic surgery done as well (likely a face lift sort of thing to make her look younger).
Can't remember where I read that article, I'll post the link if I can find it.

Candice Michelle broke her nose in the hands of Victoria. She had a rhinoplasty to repair the nose.

She got skinner. A few weeks ago she was looking skeletal...dead looking. I also think she looks alot better with her hair full and curly not straight and flat.
