He is a year old after the episode Chitty Chitty Death Bang, which was the 3rd episode of the first season, because the charaters don't, apart from meg, her age has gone up since the the first episode.
In real life he would be 8 years old on the 18th of April this year (Chitty Chitty Death Bang was first aired on the 18th of April, 1999, so take a year off that date, and we can assume stewie was born around April 18th, 1998.
