How do you become certified as a resume writer?

There are programs out there but I can't tell which are legitimate courses, and which is the official certifying agency.

there is no such thing. why are you specializing in resume writing to begin with? If you are offering these services, along with other writing services, just state them on your website (or where ever you are promoting them). If someone is offering an 'certification' don't waste your money on it!
