Never totally dark...always like a little light on nearby but not shining directly on me.

I used to have to sleep with a light on in my kitchen, but my bf has his room so dark you literally can't see your hand in front of your face. I have gotten so used to sleeping in the pitch dark that when I sleep at my house I have to make my room as dark as possible now

Definately in the dark, unless the moon is full and shining through my window, in which case I'd be sleeping with a light on wouldn't I? Or if I was having an afternoon nap, that would be with the light on also? Or would it, seeing as how I'd have the light off, in which case I'd be sleeping with the light off, but not in the dark? Confused? Me too.
