Its probably because you have poor lymphatic draining. Your lymphs are in your throat. They hold your toxins and clean all your fluids. If you have bad draining, it can cause you to have a puffy face. To get rid of this, massage your face and throat when you wash your face and apply moisturizer.

Could be if you have allergies and sinus problems like I do it takes a little time for the fluids to drain and the puffiness to go down. They say it helps to elevate your head with an extra pillow to help with fluid buildup throughout the night. So my allergist says and I have read it a few times in beauty mags

Drink more water throughout the day and cut back on salt and caffeine...it's possible you're retaining water, and these measures will help that issue.
Also, if you notice swelling elsewhere (feet, hands), see your doctor. You might have some issues regarding your blood pressure.

No your face gets puffier as you sleep and starts to undo as the morning progresses. Sometimes you can only notice around the eyes.

haha i so noe what u mean.. i think its because before sleeping we drink water in excess so when we wake up our face looks bloated. so yea maybe we can drink less water before sleeping.
