Its adobe Reader Installer, i guess it is 7.0 version. You may got it bundled with some software or hardware. If youve installed it, it will creates a copy of its installer automatically so you can reinstall futher time.
Adobe Reader is freeware, you can use it to open files xxx.pdf.
Usually that files contains brochure or manual of your software or hardware, Adobe Reader is my -must have- program, so i suggest to keep the installer or move it to other media/ partition for futher use.

It is adobe acrobat reader 7 setup. If you wish to view pdf files then you will need it otherwise not. I will recommend to keep it on other partition like d drive etc. If you need in future so you don't have to look for it everywhere.

It looks like the installer for Adobe Reader. If you've already installed Adobe Acrobat Reader, then you don't need it. Also, I think Adobe Reader is on version 8.0, and that looks like the installer for the 7.0 version. You can probably trash it.

it's for Adobe Reader 7.0.

it's a free program that most computers have in order to read .pdf documents.

you don't need to have it, but you might as well. some websites are pdfs and without it, you can't view them.
