Thats easy buy a brush made out of animal hair, high quality...after you apply your make up....(moisturizer, foundation, eyeliner, mascara, then blush) use the powder to set ur make up in....use it sparingly...real light and real little...remember powder was made to mattify the skin and set the foundation so it stays on longer...its not for cover up like most people believe it to be....

powders are always better than the liquid foundation...start from the outside in....and for blush, apply lightly on the apples of the cheeks (i think bronzers are better than pink)..for eyeline, a nice thin line woul look best....and for mascara dont keep applying over and over...because it would look messy and clumpy....get your make up from walmart...its not too expensive...the drug stores cost more

The person above gave a lot of good tips but I'd just like to add that PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. seriously. you need to read a lot and practice, preferably before you take off your makeup and go to bed! it's a great time to try out new things on your face and find out what works the best.
