My brother is theatening my boyfriend, since he is unable to harm me, is there any legal action i can take against him for this?

It's a criminal act to threaten anyone-go to the police and make a complaint.

If anyone is threatening someone, for whatever reason, that person can lodge a complaint and get a 'cease and desist' order. You can't do it, because you are not the one who is being threatened, but your boyfriend can and should do it.

Threatening to harm someone is know as "assault."
It is illegal just about everywhere, including Canada.
Tell the police.
