who will be the one that will refer me, since some of the answer said that I need an agent. If I don't have an agent yet, how to get it? Does it cost anything to join in? If not where can I find that company?

If you know someone who is represented by that agency and that person says, "You've got to see my friend," then they might see you. It costs nothing to "join" (apart from the fact that they'll say you need new head shots - they all say that) if and when the agency gets you work they will take 10-15% of your fee.

It means they only selected candidates that were referred to the agency by someone who utilizes that specific agency.

You have to know someone they know. Perhaps an actor that they represent, a casting director, or even a teacher.
