Nivea silky shimmer lotion is amazing, it just gives you this soft, shimmery, slightly golden glow without being glittery or oily.
It's not new, it's been around for years, but I like it.

The Body Shop makes a great illuminating lotion. I use it because I have alot of freckles and foundation looks funny on me. It gives the right amount of "light" without making you look greasy

I like two creams - Revlon Skinlights and MAC Strobe cream. Both work very well under make up, and anywhere on the body!!

I use a powder by skinlights (Revlon) and mix it with any cheap moisturizer I may have. It works better than anything I have bought.
