There is sale everywhere in Singapore, especially since we are nearing Chinese New Year and it is customary for the Chinese to wear jewellery during this period.
You can go to Taka jewellery, SK jewellery, Lee Hwa, Citigem(these are the budget jewellery shops), they are having sale up to 50% right now. I'm intending to buy a necklace for myself too :)
If you can, listen out for promotional offers on the radio where some shops are having midnight sale. You might be able to grab a gem there!

little india serangon road wah you can find many gold shops with lot of designs,or mustafa 24 hrs jewellery shop huge gold shop got lots of new designs to buy diamond stuffs go orchard

for cheap n gd jewellery ..eg diamond... u can go taka jewellery..its pretty reasonable... if u wan gd quality ones,,ask for GIA diamond
