I'm thinking of persuing a MA in liberal arts. What career options are open with this type of degree. I'm looking to change careers.

You may not wish to hear this, but honestly, Masters degrees are about specialization. A Masters degree in Liberal Arts will not be helpful in any specific field of employment, nor will it be significant in academic terms.

The one exception to this is if you are already an elementary or secondary school teacher, and wish to get a Masters degree to raise your salary.

You'd be much better off exploring Masters programs in a more specialized field of study.

You can a master's degree in just about anything. Research areas that you would like to work in and then see what the requirements to work there are.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have heard statistically only 30% of the working population are in a field that is connected to their major or concentration. It's kind of encouraging, isn't it?
