I'm taking Chemistry Honors and Algebra 2 Honors and I have an A in both classes so far, but my friends who are already in Physics Honors and/or Pre-Calc. Honors say that one or the other (but not both) is hard. I'm scared of getting bad grades in these courses next year (my senior year). Which class is harder so that I can prepare during the summer?

They are both hard classes. If you are trying to pick one to take, I'd go with physics if you like word problems and Pre-Cal if you like math.

If you're going to take both and want to know which to study or just want to know which is harder, then the answer is probably Pre-Cal. Physics can be difficult and the concepts new, but you live in a physical world and you will probably have a feel for some of the introductory concepts. Calculus is just different. The new concepts there will stretch your mind. Learning it teaches you to think in a new and useful way. It gets my vote as the more difficult of the two.

I'd definately say Physics Honors would be harder, unless youre really not a math person. If youre doing good this year then i wouldnt worry about grades for next year.. always seems like its going to be harder but it really isnt
