I've been looking around for a Hamer Custom GT (Glenn Tipton) model guitar, and I haven't been able to find one. It's that strange shaped black and white guitar he often uses, loosely resembling an upside down Gibson Explorer, and I know it was produced at some time, but I can't find it anywhere - not even on eBay. Any ideas?

According to this site, the Hamer Custom GT wasn't actually a production model guitar. They just made them for Tipton to use, so it's going to be very hard to find one. 4 strings seems to have the right idea, but if you're like me, you feel a moral obligation to pay for most things, so you might be out of luck here. It might still be possible to find one of his guitars in an ebay auction, but then it'd probably take a crazy amount of money.

Glenn is one of my favorite guitar players. He puts so much emotion into his work and it really shows. My favorite solo of his is probably either the one in Freewheel Burning or Beyond The Realms Of Death. He is a really awesome player
