Do you mean the key? Take your keyboard, turn it over upside-down. Sharply, but gently, tap one corner on the table to remove any sort of debris that may be caught under the keys. You might try this on all four corners. If that doesn't work, get some of that compressed air in a can and blow it out.
If all else fails.. get a new keyboard. They are not all that expensive.

If you have your keyboard set to use the Spanish language, the apersand will not function simply by hitting it as in English. There are two ways to get an apersand by striking a combination of two keys. Sorry, it's been a long time since I lived there, and I don't recall the combo, but surely you can get it by googling the question.

If The number 2 works get a new keyboard. They do wear out after a while. Hope that helps.

check that you have set the keyboard to either english or welsh if it is in american english this will make the at key perform in a different place good luck

For thesame reason myspace bar doesn'twork, most ofthe time, unless I press it severaltimes. There's crumbs inthere.
