It will be almost impossible to find a replacement pair to match exactly the suit coat since it has gray in the coat. Should I just use it as a sport coat or try to find a pair to match the color or buy a black or gray solid color pair of slacks

Wear it with a nice dark wash pair of jeans and and a untucked button up shirt or for a more casual look a t-shirt. Women love this look of clean and put together yet casual look.

Yes, use it as a sports coat. That was how the idea of sports coats began. Someone had a worn out pair of pants and a perfectly good jacket so they wore it with other pants.

Definately use it as a sport coat!! Nothing looks tackier than a suit that isn't a set and doesn't match well.

buy black pants. Its simple and plus its in style to wear a different color patterned blazer with solid pants.
