It totally depends on where you're moving to in the state. Northern Florida has a cheaper COL than Southern Florida. The Panhandle's about middle of the road. Basically, the closer you are to the water, the more your COL will be.

Some towns are more expensive than others, Ft. Lauderdale is cheaper than miami (unless you live in the ghetto), St. Pete and Tampa are reasonable.....Pensacola is a bit expensive and Orlando can be as well.

it really depends on location , northern fla is alot cheaper , i used to live there , its great but the alligators and hurricanes are bad , good luck
