are there in healthy eating habbits or anything that will help? my husband and i want a baby really bad, but i'm not pregenant yet. should i stick a pillow under my butt? lol!

The best thing you can do is make sure you are both healthy--no smoking, drinking, drugs, etc. Eat healthy, take a prenatal vit. and exercise. It helps to be at a healthy weight. Make a pre-conception visit with an OB/Gyn. If your cycles are pretty regular then you should be able to identify ovulation--it happens on average 14 days before the start of your next period and your fertile period is 10-16 days before your next period. Just figure up when your next period is due and count back 16 days--start having intercourse every day or every other day. If your husband has a normal sperm count every day is fine but if you have a reason to suspect his count may be below normal then every other day is better. After intercourse it doesn't hurt to lie still for 30minutes or so and elevate your hips with a pillow. Good luck and baby dust!!
