Put a condom in a co-workers ham sandwich. It was funny watching him try to take a bite and chew until it slipped out of the sandwich and slapped him in the face and he realized what it was. Thankfully, we were in a public place. I don't think he ever got back at me for that either. But I watched over my shoulder a good while.

I'm not a very mean person but once I did split all the seams of someones pants so they got outside and soon all they were wearing was a waistband.

i took a sucker and twisted it in cat poo and gave it to my brother .he ate it...
i was 10 or 11 it was funny but mean...
