I believe in science for the things that can be measured by science. I know a lot of people that like to disregard religion and instead place there faith in science, which is pretty much the same thing without the hope. I tend to look for a more pleasent answer for those questions that can't be measured by science. I would like to believe that there is a puporse for all this and it's not merely chance. However, I think there are a lot of questions that science will never be able to answer and I think there's a reason for that.

Both religion and science are just as equally based on faith. Because science is only a basis for reality as we know it. But who can prove in any way that there isn't reality outside of what we can see. But no one can say science is proof of ANYTHING, because what is the reality of reality? I believe science is real proof of our reality but I also believe religion is the science of a reality that we can't yet see. It all boils down to what is absolute truth- where does it end? With all that said, religion is an explination for something bigger than science, but it doesn't cancel out science by any means.

Science, 100%; religion, 0%. Science is demonstrably correct. Religion can demonstrate nothing. End of story.
