I have a friend that got married on 1988 in Virginia. She left USA and went to live to another country. 19 years later she wants to know if she is still married or her husband annulled it and got married again. She has never returned to the USA and hasn't had any contact to the person she married. Is it possible to find out that on the web?

Well isn't that convenient. Anyhow marriage and divorce records are public knowledge. If she knows his SSN she can find out who he is married to. I'll never understand how ppl don't know if they are divorced or not.
