I was in Mexico and ran into a couple that had a really cool baby stoller. It was from Sweden I think, it had four wheels and a chrome steel frame. Very rugged.

I appreciate the answers but still not the one. The stroller I saw was extremely rugged. Looked more like it was built the same as a wheelchair. No plastic all metal chrome frame with heavy duty suspension. Not real large wheels, but metal spoked I believe. Think the fellow said he got the stroller in Sweden. He said not available in the US but I was hoping maybe someone knew the company so maybe I could order in.

I came across the bugaboo brand strollers last night, they come in all sorts of colors and you can get awesome accessories. I do think that may be what you're talking about. I only noticed them because my friend calls her son bugaboo, lol. They are very expensive, like 800 dollars expensive though. I was at babyuniverse.com, they had the link there.
