Write 24 cards out (one for each month) with specific memories and a picture, if you have one. divide these cards into seasons, and present them to her with her favorite flower, candy, and movie. cook her dinner, set the table all nice- you're effort will show even if the food stinks. nervous about getting your hands dirty? take her to a restaraunt that has a special memory for you too- even if it's a pizzaria make he get dressed up. The day should be a fun memory, not just an item you give to her. she's been with you for two years, make it something personal

We just celebrated our 2nd anniv. New Years eve. We went to a resort/spa for the weekend. It was wonderful, had full body massages, swam in the heated pool, used the gym with instructors, dined on great food, rang in the new year with dinner and champagne, danced and made love. Unforgettable weekend
anniversary.

Yes, you save the special things for the longer years...since it is death do part, I would suggest a nice evening alone with out family go to a play a concert out to dinner than go do each other and spend the night at a hotel.

Hire his/hers masseuses to make a house call for the both of you.
Make sure the "massage room" is dimly lit with plenty of candles all around, rose petals tossed about, lite snacks and cold water and/or hot herbal tea. Play soft classical or native American music. Buy an herbal tea bag for the bath and both of you soak in it with plenty of hot frothy water.
In other words, turn your own place into a spa for the night.

Hmmm depends on where you live. For my 2nd anni. we went to a themed B&B on the beach. It was really fun and romantic. We got to walk on the beach, look at the sunset and have a really good time.
