5'4, 130lbs, curvy and worst of all, big thighs. I am not happy. I know guys like curves, and big butts and all that, but the point is that I'M NOT HAPPY. I yearn for the times I was a size 5 or 4. Are there any good excersise techniques, diet pills, whatever that I can do/get? I'm more partial to the pills because of very little free time. Please help.

Hi, I understand you frustration all to well. But diet pills don't work with out side-affects. Exercise yes,yes,yes I just started a few weeks ago and already I'm seeing results especially in the way my clothes fit. what I do is 45min of cardio and another 45min of weight training 3-4 days a week. Make the sacrifice and do the time it will pay off even if it means going to the gym @5:30am just think about Summer just around the corner and how happy you will feel in your size 4-5 again.

there is nothing wrong with being 5'4" tall and weighing 130lbs..

if you want to tone up just do some exercise.....but do not be so hard on yourself.
