landlord playing favortism and not complying with landlord/tenant good faith and fair dealing law. I want them to feel the burn because of the complaint.

contact the Better Business Bureau. You write a letter about the complaint and usually within a week or so they look into and contact him. If you do this, they know you mean business. I have done this to a shady business in the past.

You have the right to move. Revenge,for what? You never said what your complaint was? If ya don't like the state of things YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO LEAVE!! Understand that civil right you have by law?

call the A-Team.
I would contact housing authority,BBB,and Local News Station if they will run a story the landlord will be forced to do something.

go to the manager or the owner and let them know what is going on if that doesn't solve it you go to turn them in to the civil codes they make the laws ever body has to follow.
