I've got a great one called Apples to Apples but me and my friends play that all the time so it gets kind of old. We need something new.

Probably my favorite is Sequence. 2-4 players. Combines cards with five in a row on a board. Maintains interest.
Miles Bornes is a good card game. French for Miles Traveled. Its like taking a car trip with a deck of cards. requires a special deck.
Othello is good, for 2 players. Can master it quickly, but 1 mistake and its like dominoes.
Risk is cool if you have a lot of time.
Stratego is not bad, for 2.

My friends and i find the most fun in Risk. It's a great game with friends because you can battle them for world domination.
