Your challenge could be brought about by not employing a printer driving force it incredibly is Visa like minded. I comprehend you once you write that the printer will print each little thing else. Does that incorporate photos? Or are you relating record and text textile data? in the united kingdom very virtually each printer has an Epson printer board in it and as a consequence it in basic terms demands an undemanding driving force to print text textile and record data, that's presented by the working equipment. in case you have a parallel port on the back of your pc then you fairly could use a printer that is going back some 25 or greater years for the reason it incredibly is how previous the print generally used for text textile and record data is - the ASCII code is even older. Printing photos is different, that demands an get away code which switches the print into portraits mode and then subjects a code for colour and pixel trend. that may not be (and in all threat isn't) a generally used coding equipment. initiate off by downloading a Visa driving force from the producer's website and setting up that. It does not count that the printer substitute into offered and initially use with the XP working equipment, a printer is a printer, it is going to artwork with any working equipment that has a driving force for that printer.

If you have more than one printer installed check if you are printing to the right printer or not.
You might have printers like Microsoft Document Writer and Adobe Writer which are Virtual Printers.
1.Check the cable between the Printer and the Computer
2. Go to Start>Control Panel>Printers
Select the printer you are trying to print and right click and select Make Default Printer
3. Double click on the printer and click print test page.
If you are still stuck.
Check if the Print Spooler service is running or not.
Right click on My computer and Select manager and go to services to check Print Spooler Service.
If non of the above solve the issue, remove the printer from the Control Panel > Printers and Connect the printer. You should get a message saying new device connected or something similar, if it asks for the drivers cd keep teh drives cd and select automatically search for drivers and reinstall the printer.
If you are still stuck get back to me with some more information and i can help you

Did you connected the printer to your computer and installed the device drivers properly. If not do it first.
There is another possibility for getting this problem. The 'print spooler' service might have been stopped. To start the service in Windows
1. Goto start > Run. Type 'services.msc' and press enter.
2. In the services page find the 'print spooler' > right click the service > properties.
3. In the properties dialog box set its startup type to automatic.
4. Reboot the machine and take the print outs now.

Disconnect the printer, shut your computer down, reconnect the printer, start up your computer. If that doesnot help then go to the website of the printer they should have a trouble shooting area to help fix the problem step by step.

Windows comes programed to use the mfg computer. For example, HP directs to HP computer and if you have a Cannon it pops that message.
Go to My computer, Then Printers and DELETE THAT
HP or whatever other printer is in the. Leave only your program in there for your computer.
