Sorry is just not good enough when the person lacks complete insight into him/herself as to why the offending conduct was done. Without that, there's no assurance it won't be repeated in the future. Sorry is not good enough when the person lacks true appreciation of the effect that the conduct has had on others. Without that, the apology is just empty words. Sorry is also not good enough when something more than words is needed to put the situation right--whether that involves replacing something that has been broken, or if it can't be replaced (like a broken heart), taking ownership of the situation and working on a plan to rebuild trust for the future.

It's not good enough anymore when the same thing keeps happening and the same answer is: I"m sorry. the phrase simply has no meaning left for you.

When you've done something very wrong and you and that person knows that just saying sorry won't help, and you need to do something else that shows you are truly sorry.
How to show you are truly sorry depends on what you did, so you'll get your result from reflecting on your problem. . .if you get what I mean...

What's sorry? I havent heard those words in so long I may need to look them up in a dictionary. Do normal people say I'm sorry when they F up?

2. When you cheat constantly on your gf and the girl who has a crush on you
3. When you pretend you're someone you're not and totally lose all your friends
4. When you pretend to like someone and really are just using them

When a person had intentions to do the harmful deed. When a person is not contrite or insincere. When a person doesn't try to remedy the situation. The list goes on and on...

When someone says sorry for doing something wrong and keeps on repeating the same behavior. Its like why are you saying sorry when you dont mean it your just gonna keep doing what your doing. For example i can forgive someone for cheating on me. Can i forgive twice no. Screw me once shame on you screw me twice shame on me.
