Ouch... they can be very uncomfortable and embarrassing.... a doctor can prescribe a cream, or you can just get some over the counter "preparation H" and a special cushion to sit on!
or are you taking about an organic no-name brand of a "cheerio" like cereal?

I used to believe in them but then I changed my mind. Now I believe in Sadreasterios. They are way cooler.

sometimes.. but as with all methods of treatment and ingestion for your health.. you must be careful.
this goes with all forms of "medicine".
it just depends on the person.. and you also must watch out for the product itself not just the herb.. but who makes it and where it comes from.
