Sex during a woman's period does NOT hurt her health any.

It's okay to have sex if you're both comfortable with it. Be sure to use a condom.

She can wear a Regular tampon so that it won't be messy.

It is perfectly normal to have sex while on her period. As long as you don't mind the blood, and doing a lot of clean up afterwards. There is no health issues. :)

This will not effect her health. It just makes for a messier clean up when you are finished. If you have no problem with blood, then you and she are in perfect health.

This won't have any adverse effects on her health. In fact many women are more horny and sensitive during this time. Just take it slow and see how it goes. Good luck!

it won't do anything 2 her it's just most girls/women don't want 2 have sex during their period because of cramps and stuff like that so she is probably using that as an exuse so she doesn't have 2 tell you that she just doesn't want 2 have sex.
