you need to do kegal exercises. it is when you stop your urine stream, those pevic floor muscles can be strgnthen by kegals. do them sitting watching tv, at wrk, anytime, but do them often and you should notice improvment.

If you have had children, alot of women get a leaky bladder...pregnancy and childbirth are very hard on the bladder..
Some women have to go in and get there bladders tacked back up, from where they have litterally fallen...This is normal for women who have had children...
If you havent had any children...it may just be something...that you could talk to your doctor about..
I know if you do the Kegal Exercises those are good for leaky bladder..
Hope this helps..

if you've recently had a child or if you are middle age then these things happen. and it is not uncommon.
i am middle aged and this has been a constant problem for me when i sneeze or cough. so i just wear pany liners and in the meantime i do kegel exercises to try to rectify this problem.
and yes, it is very embarrasing for me, even though nobody else knows what is going on........i also keep a few baby wipes in a plastic bag in my purse to eliminate any odor.
good luck.....

So many women suffer like this.
Make an appointment with a urogynecologist to talk about options. There are ways of treating this.

Until then, wear a pad .

you need to see the doctor asp cause there are medicines they can put you on...but he/she may want to run some tests 1st to make sure there isn't nothing else going on like an infection or there isn't nothing wrong with your bladder.

You need to do kegels on a regular basis until your condition is corrected.
