people wonder how insane a man could be.. and we have a actress (jodie foster) who will always be remembered as the reason Reagen was shot.

I do have a friend who sponsored the "Give Hinkley a Second Chance" movement. Gwub has wisely protected himself from that by keeping Hinkley in love with a one-armed woman, renaming the Washington Dumbandpompousbroad Hotel, and refusing to answer questions from any Texans outside his immediate family, who have thusfar been too stupid to think of any. Yale degree anyone? That is, anyone with a lot of influence and free money.
Of course you mean "affect'. Because if you don't my answer will be somewhat nastier.
