What are some products that can help within a few days, or at least reduce redness? I have three giant zits on my face, along with several patches of red breakouts and I want to know a way I can reduce redness without wearing makeup (I don't want to clog it up even more).

get a benzoid preoxide cream for your zits
watch your diet. no oils or nuts or chocolate
drink loads of water
don't wear cover up, might irritate the skin

It sounds like you have severe acne and all over the counter products are for occasional breakouts and moderate acne. I suggest you visit your local dermatologist to avoid severe scarring. The redness is caused by inflammation which can be reduced with ibuprofen in most cases. Good Luck!

Use all natural soaps. To help reduce the zit put a drop of tea tree oil on it every night before you go to bed. If you need a face wash in perticular, I use Aubrey Organics: Natural Herbal. It is vegan and has 100% natural ingredients. =] Also, you can drink jasmine tea..it helps A LOT! =] you can also go to this site http://www.herbalremediesinfo.com/Acne.html

Ive had acne my whole life. I've tried everything, all the clean and clear crap, nutragena stuff, everything!

The only thing that really works for me is a pill I take that was perscribed by my dermatologist. It helps reduce the bacteria.

If you have a very awful acne, I suggest you don't touch it toooo much using your hands. You should use Nivea soap-free cleansing wash for washing your face twice a day.I tried that product before when I had a bad acne problem! And it worked! So, I hope it would work to your acne too!

I heard visine helps reduce the redness in acne, since it reduced the redness in your eyes. Not sure if it's true though.

Clean your face nightly with listerine, I use cotton balls and listerine. For the really bad spots, after cleaning with listerine, use regular tooth paste, works really well for break outs. Make sure that it is regular tooth paste, no bleaching or whiteners in it, don't want to bleach the skin.
