i live in houston if anyone knows any acting place or agency that i can go please tell me and if i have to pay it has to be under 50 dollars a month and its better if i get paid

DO NOT PAY any agency etc.There are a lot of scams out there.If it is an actual agency what you need is a portfolio.An 8X10 picture in Black and White.Go to Backstage.com It is the theatrical paper for New York and has regional theater listings as well. I repeat!!! PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN ANY SCAMS OR PEOPLE THAT SAY THEY WILL HELP YOU WHEN THEY WONT>IT IS DANGEROUS>I have been an actress for 20 years.Go and take an excellent acting class.Ask your local colleges in the area what they are or use the internet.Be safe and good luck!!!

You'll never get anything for under $50.00. And yes you usually have to pay. First you go on a casting call, then if they feel you might be the right fit with some training you have to PAY for that training. The casting company my daughter went to cost $1,700.00 and that was a fairly LOW price at the time which was 5 years ago. You can expect to pay more. $50.00 won't even get you inside the door.
