I am the oldest child (a junior in high school), so i am the first to go through all this and i have no idea what i am doing...
I am trying to register for the SATs and I wanted to take it on march 10th but it says that only the SAT reasoning test, is this what I want, is it what colleges are looking for?

Also, I am trying to figure out this whole top 10% thing. In texas all students in the top 10% are gaurenteed acceptance to public colleges, I number 66 out of 632 which puts me in the 10.4%, does this count?

Also what are colleges looking for, I have been comited to my dance team for the past 3 years, I am in NHS and Mu Alpha Theta, I also volenteer for different organizations, such as LifeSkills, I have a 4.676 on the 5.0 scale, I will have taken 5-6 AP classes when I graduate. What are my chances of getting into UT?

Sorry this was so long, Thanks for all your help, I really appreciate it!
