Not at all. Sometimes it's luck that determines your financial status. Sometimes it's being born into a certain family...(I'm not saying that wealthy people are usually ignorant and poor people are always intelligent.)

Yes (just as there's a direct correlation between a person's intelligence & their shoe size*).
It's not a 100% correlation, but true certifiable incompetents generally have little or no money while some brilliant people have a vast amount of wealth so there would be an overall direct correlation.
*With regard to shoe size, babies have very small shoe sizes & haven't attained a great deal of intelligence. On the other hand, former pro basketball player Bob Lanier has huge feet (his shoe size is about 26) & he has a doctorate degree. Not 100% correlation, but again an overall direct correlation.

NO! Remember there are people out there with PhD's driving cabs...of course, there IS a correlation between level on education and level of income, BUT there are brilliant people in the world who for whatever reason never went to school/college/university...

Just look at Anna Nichole Smith...she's rich and about as sharp as a bowling ball. She also proves that there's no correlation between a person's wealth and how much class they have.

No. I know some very dumb rich people, smart rich people, not very bright poor people and very smart poor people. I think opportunity, environment and upbringing play into a person's financial success as well as their financial responsibility.
