Simple!
Go to www.latimes.com. Look at the tabs on the left side under "Member Services." Then click on "L.A. Times Archives." On the left side of that page, click on "Back Issues." It gives you directions on how to order the actual "paper."

I'm not sure if every library is different, BUT my library has articles written from 1950's. It's this machine where you can search for any newspaper written. Like I said I'm not sure if every library has this and contains the content mine does. I live in NY so it's probably different. You can also call the paper company and ask for a copy it can't hurt.

Sign up on their website (it may cost you) and you should be able to search their archives. That, or you can call them and request the 12/21/06 issue (that will cost you, too).

They can usually be viewed at your local public library, but you can contact the publisher for multiple copies.

contact latimes on line, every newspaper company keeps all their works stored as database. you may search the library, often they keep log of categorized topic from the news papers.
