I think 13 is too young for dating but at 13, they aren't going to ignore what their hormones are telling them. They find ways around the rules you set for them. I know I did when I was 13.

No. Thirteen is too young to begin dating. Guys (and girls)at that age are too immature and too irresponsible. Older guys know this and take advantage sexually and otherwise. You need to find a youth group to join where you'll meet other guys and girls your age who share similar interests. A group get-together is fine but 1 to 1 dating is not a smart idea at your age.

No bcuz it sends a wrong message about the person & people will think you are easy & not respect you . At this age it is crutial that u keep your head in the books and think about your future & keep boys out from your private territory, bcuz at this age boys do not know what luv is & are out to get laid .

No this is way too young. They need to enjoy being a child as long as they can, dating comes way too early in a girls life.
