Try Spybot search and destroy, it's the best. I had an issue the other day and that took care of it right away when all else failed.

go to "super Antispyware.com(antiMalware),and run a full scan.after you restart your computer,on the start menu click"run"and type"mrt",and do a full scan with this built in removal tool.
