if she had 4-5 other men lined up to marry her then her marriage to your brother is a sham. Your brother lied about the age of her children to his parents, it seems like he is trying to cover for her. I'm sure she offered your brother money to do this, it surely wasn't done out of love. Do what you have to so you can protect your family business. I personally would make the report.

Your brother could face 5 years in prison and a $250K fine. Even if there were no immigration aspect to this he would still be legally married. The easiest thing for him to do is get his "bride" to sign a post nup agreement renouncing any future claim to the business.

Joey, i might want to have defended Claudius as well, merely for the incontrovertible actuality that i'm in awe at someone being 6 inches deep in some different person. that is a feat, i am going to regrettably not in any respect income without extenders and/or surgical operation. as far as your spouse is going, I say she would want 6 inches buried in her to alleviate an same quantity of rigidity as Claudius' ex mandatory to alleviate. Your chum, Ace

Are you looking for a legal way to break up your brother in laws marriage? It's his decision, for better or worse. Nothing you said proves this marriage is a sham. And what does her being of a different race and religion matter? Don't waste the tax payers time with your personal problems.

If you turnover yor brother to the INS you should have complete documents otherwise your information will be futile because the fraud cannot be proven by mere verbal accussations. Good if the INS conducts the document gathering.

If he brought her back legally, no laws have been broken. There are no laws that would protect your brother from his own stupidity.
