I can not answer that one for sure. My daughter did it because we told her not to,and a tatoo of a pentagram on her back. I feel that it is a way to show indviduality.

I don't think anyone knows why they get their tongue peirced. They are just trying to get attention and probably don't even think it looks good, just trying to be noticed. I personally think it's stupid and is a waste peircing your toungue. I mean you got to eat with that thing, I don't want no metal stopping me, lol!

some girls get it done because they think it looks cool and they want it. Others, maybe because guys are intrigued by girls who have their tongue peirced. And other girls get it done because apparently it makes giving a guy fellatio (or he*ad) even better because of the metal ball, better sensations for the guy.

ignorant people.. why do girls get their easrs pierced ITS CAUSE THEY WANT TO! its an expression of individuallity!.same with any other piercing! i cant believe people onhere saying they look trashy and a tongue piercing automatically labels them as a s l ut..

don't you love everyones opinion...you know all those people who clearly don't have it don!!! I have 6 piercings and i am getting my first tattoo soon and all of mine are because I LIKE PIERCINGS!!! not because i like attention so I'm going to use this opportunity to ask all those people out there that don't have a piercing not to respond to Q relating to why people have them done.

Why do people get Tattoos, why get your ear pierced, its just something to do, I have mine pierced, some friends and I did it one day, its just something daring.

to get attention or beacause they like it and you dont share the ssame likes as they do. i personally dont like it but you dont see them critizing me why i got my ears ......and belly button pierced (j-k ) so i got 2 pay dem pack w/ da same respect
