i have to run the mile tomorrow what should i do to prepare..so that i wont wore out that fast..k thnx

Good nights sleep and drink a couple glasses of water before bed. Eat a light healthy breakfast.

Hopefully you've been running to prepare for this. Get a good night's sleep and warm up a little before the run and stretch too. get yourself into a good pace and try to keep it. Have a good time and watch your breathing. Good luck.

You should drink plenty of water, stretch, and get a good night sleep.
Also, ignore losers who belittle your accomplishments by telling you it's no big deal and they run 10 miles a day.

Its only a mile, don't worry about it. **** I put over 10 miles in at the gym a day.
