I have searched the web up and down, but maybe I am missing something. If anyone knows (or has time to look) for a link to a good picture of the little grey mouse in a diaper from Tom and Jerry (Nibbles, I believe is his name) it would be greatly appreciated. I am thinking about a tattoo.

Yes! I have heard him called Tuffy as well. Still with no luck, but thank you for reminding me to add that.

I’d suggest looking under Toonopedia. They have an entry for Tom & Jerry, and possibly links. I seem to recall mention of Toughie.
However, on a personal note, I would like to recommend against a tattoo. They start to fade and the edges do blur after a while. They never look as good a year or two later. And they start to look really grotesque as you age and your skins stretches or sags. If you plan to live for a long time, I wouldn’t recommend a tattoo to anybody. If you only plan to ‘live fast, die young and leave a good-looking corpse”, then forget it.
