Start finding them homes or a no kill shelter to take them to.
You can also have your dog spayed at discount prices often thru the shelters.
Good Luck!

you may give the puppies to an animal shelter, such as the Animal Care and Control (ACC) or the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). they will most likely take the puppies in and put them up for adoption. It is important however, that the puppies stay with their mother for a certain amount of time (a couple of weeks I think) so that in the future they won't develop behavior problems. But if this disagrees with your mother's decisions, then just give them to the animal shelter.
Also, once your dog gives birth, you should definitely get her spayed. Spaying will also decrease the chance that your dog may get behavior issues. the SPCA and most other animal shelters will spay your dog for free, so there is no charge. if you want, when you drop off the puppies you can get your dog spayed on the same day.
Hope this helps!

Well it all depends on what kinda person you are and how far along the dog is. Personally I would never do this, however you could go ahead and have the dog spayed, as long as she is not to far along they terminate the preg. If shes to far along or you have a conscience then of course she will have to have the babies and in 5-6 weeks (providing they are weaned) then you can give them away (or sell them) After they are weaned do what should have been done in the first place and have the dog spayed. If people do not want dogs to have puppies then the first thing they should have done was get her spayed...and if you could not afford it (bc it is really expensive in some areas) then you should have kept her contained until she was out of heat.

What kind of doggie do you have? Will the puppies be a mixed breed?
Call your vet and quite often they will have postings there at the office of puppies for sale or up for adoption. They might have some suggestions for you too otherwise.
Are you still in school? Put up signs at school that puppies will be available.
Do you work? Do the same there.
Make sure though that you talk to your vet about having your dog fixed.
Good luck.

Start asking everyone you know and everyone you meet if they want a puppy and carry around a picture of your dog and the father (if you have one) so you can show people. Have your mom place ads in the paper and Craigslist.com. Also tell her she is a very irresponsible person and that she shouldn't have let your dog get pregnant if she didn't want puppies. Tell her if she was a better person, she would have gotten your dog spayed so that no innocent little puppies would be born into a home that didn't want them, and killed at a pound somewhere.

little too late for mom to not want puppies now isn't it should have thought of that before the doggie got pregnant, just try to find them good homes before they are born advertize in the local paper or online pet classifieds in your area, ask a small fee for them, put the cash in a fund to have your doggie spayed so there will be no more unwanted pregnancies

As a mothers point of view, our dog just had 4 babies yesterday. I told my kids during her pregnancy that they would all be sold when they are ready to go to good homes. But, after seeing them being born and seeing how precious they are, I have decided to let them keep just ONE! As for the dog being pregnant, at this point, MOM doesn't have much of a choice but to want puppies for at least 8-10 weeks until they are ready to go to new homes. People love puppies, so I wish you lots of luck in finding them all great homes where they will be wanted and loved.

Have your dog spayed. It'll cost you more though. If morally opposed to this, start looking for new owners for the puppies. With pet ownership there are responsibities. Having them neutered BEFORE they become pregnant is probably if not #1 on the priority list. Now do what is right for you.
Good luck!

Start spreading the news that you are expectant. People will want to give your puppies homes. You might even be able to make money of them. Don't wait until they are older it will just get harder for you to let go and find them a home as they get bigger. What kind of puppies are they? I might be interested. e-mail me?
