When I was 24 I was diagnosed with cancer (Hodgkin's lymphoma) I'm now 25 and still fighting for my life. I have a beautiful son and I want nothing more to live. It's so sad to see people my age that want to throw it all away while I fight hard everyday, just to ensure I have a tomorrow.
Life is a gift, don't just throw it away. Find something new for yourself, you have so many potential years ahead of you.

You should keep living because all of us here on Yahoo want you to. There are still new things to experience and new loves to love. If you can't find the will to go on go to a dr. or a therapist and get some help. It's not uncommon for people to need some extra help now and then. I attempted suicide about 18 months ago and after almost dying I realized what I had to live for....ME!! Since I realized that I am a better person, wife, mother, sister, friend, and worker. Just please muster up the strength to call someone for help!

Some people think about life, and then they think about death, and neither of them really seem that great. That's how I feel, and I'm only 17, lol. Good things will come up eventually. Maybe you just need a change of atmosphere? Take a trip or move to a new town where it's not the same old thing every single day. Get a new hobby, new friends, a new lover that's different from the one in the relationship that ended. If you're really THAT bored, then make a change! Life gets boring, yeah, but I think death would get INSANELY boring pretty quickly, especially if it's FOREVER. Eek. What a scary word. :P
Seriously though, if you're really that tired of living, see everything there is to see, and do everything there is to do before you call it quits. You might change your mind.

Look, there are tons of people out there that are worse off than you. Do you think that the people sitting out in the streets, homeless, penniless, believe that they are stuck and should end it all? No!
I myself am 24 and have yet to fall in love, heck even get a date. Its sad, but I'm not gonna kill myself over that.
What about the people around you? There is always someone that is looking out for you, though you can't see it now.
If you feel stuck, find out what is holding you down. A person, a feeling, an actual item. Then figure out how to get by in your life without it. Its possible.

I´m sorry you are stuck in this very dark place. You know, i´ve been through moments like that too and i´ve learned that all you need to do is keep living as you can because something WILL come up: a new special friend, a realization or a new passion. Sometimes all we need to do is give ourselves time to heal and then take one small step in the right direction. Can you call a depression hotline and talk to someone anonimously? That ill help too.

In the end everyone can answer that only for him (her) self.
You sound like you may be suffering from depression, and that makes everything look hopeless.
Try to get some help for that. Once you feel better, you'll wonder why you ever felt like that, even though it is a common occurrence.

you will fall in love again, if you commit suicide, you cease to exist. you will have no memories, whether good or bad. besides, who will bury you? have you thought about the fact that life insurance does not cover suicide? more than likely you will die in a county cemetary with an unmarked grave, and a pine box. I dont know about you, but that kind of death is what keeps me here. if you cant find a reason to keep you here then find an inspirational thing to die for. devote the rest of your life to a noble cause.

you need to find some passion in your life. try out some new hobbies, maybe you just havn't found the thing you're REALLY meant to do. when you do find whatever it is, you'll know, because you'll realize that you have a purpose. and don't sit around feeling sorry for yourself, go out and have fun, make new friends and enjoy life.

What do the most successful people do? They've experienced more than just about anybody. They set some new goals and try to achieve them despite having more $ that they could ever spend. So I'd say challenge yourself.
