Particularily when calling for technical support or to cancel your service? I have been trying to cancel my service since 1/15/07 and keep getting "experiencing heavy call volume & to call back later" message each time I have tried to contact them since the 15th. I have emailed PeoplePC requesting cancellation but have not received a confirmation of such from them. I have also requested denial of payment from my credit card bank if they try to charge my card for these services.
