That is entirely up to God and if I were you I wouldn't try too hard or you end up like the Doctor they had on T.V. that gave up after having 7 girls. Some times having a boy is not meant to be regardless how you feel about it without going through high tech crap and it isn't worth it.

The gender of a fetus is determined by the sperm of the father. The sperm bearing female sex chromosomes swim better in slightly more acidic vaginal fluid, while the sperm bearing male sex chromosomes swim better in slightly more basic vaginal fluid. So, you may want to consider testing your vaginal secretions prior to having sex. Failing that, you can work with a sperm bank - the doctors there can take the ejaculate, cleanse it of female sperm and then you can be inseminated with a high likelyhood of a male sperm reaching the ovum. You will want to research this and all methods, so talk with your doctor.

Don't mess with it. Just let it happen. Get frisky with your man and pray that you get a boy. Just be prepared for a girl too. You could also adopt a boy. Then you don't have to worry about chance.
