My dear, all I can say is -"Less is definately more!" Trust me on this! People have asked me all the time if I'm a make-up artist -so I should be doing something right! For yourself - I would recomment to you light make-up to enhance your youthful beauty. If you must, apply sheer powder ONLY to the T-zone (oily areas). A little mascara to make the eyes stand out just a bit. And I would recommend to you a nice sheer pink or peach lip gloss or lip stain. A nice berry-coloured blush would give you a nice flirty flush. Check the cosmetician at your local beauty counter to help you find the right shade for you. You'll be surprised at how these small subtle tips will help make a noticable difference WITHOUT all the necessary gunk that will only make you look cheap.
Hope this works!!!

Soft And Neutral Colors!A coco brown eyeshadow(wal-mart and most drug stores) on inner part of your eye lid then a light brown or tan on the outter part.Black crayon eye liner(drug stores) on top and bottom.VERY LIGHT MASACARA!!!I cant stress that enough because if you put to much it gets all clumpy and ugly, black mascara.Dry foundation that matches your skin nicley.Maybe some light pink or coco lip stick. That look is for when you want to look soft, pretty, glam, and conservative with like a dress or something and your hair down!If you want a more exciting (but not trashy)look use a kinda dark green or dark pink eyeshadow on the inner part of your eyelid and a light green or light pink on the outside then a small amount of mascara and some liquid eyeliner then a light pink blush and a foundation(only us the foundation if you have blemishes)and to finish it all off wear some really shiny lip gloss! That look is for when you wear preppy cloths and a cute up do hairstyle.I hope I helped you!Have fun!

I'm sure you're a really pretty girl, so keep it simple. Some colors that go well with your hair and eyes is a good start but if you start wearing foundation and cover up all over your face on a daily basices you'll prolly end up with a bad complexion by the time you're like 20. So take it easy. Make up is a way to add to your natural beauty not take from it.

this site has some cool info.Copy and paste it.Also,if you want a more dramatic look-line your lips and put a color on your lips that is lighter than the pencil.Use a brush if you are putting on foundation-it gives a more sheer look (but I dont think you really need foundation unless your skin is a bit blotchy.)Get an angled brush and use it to line you upper eyelid at the lashes.Just wet,dip into eyeshadow and follow your upper lid. This will give a dramatic look to your eye. Go to a department store and get a free make-over.Pick a day that is slow.I would suggest MAC.
Good luck! Happy Beauty days ahead!

The most important eye makeup that I think I need is to take my covergirl black eyeliner pencil and place right into the root of the eye lashes. Use the rubber tip after appling it and rub into the lashes. I got this professional method years ago when I felt I had to have liquid eyeliner.

You're 14! Don't use too much make-up. It wrinkles your face. Use only mascara and lip gloss. That is enough. You are pretty with that. When you are 16-18, you can wear heavier make-up, but now you have the natural makeup that makes you beautiful!

That should be plenty for a 14 year-old. But if you really want to, try a LITTLE BIT of powder blush- not too pink and not too much- high on your cheekbones, and a little on your forehead and chin (places where the sun would hit your face) Take it easy with the eyeshadow- use natural colors like brown, and not too much of that either. Find a natural color of lipstick- not too pink, not too red. Try to stick with muted or natural colors, or you can end up looking like a clown! My friend puts her make-up mirror on the bathroom window sill so she can tell what it's going to look like out in the daylight.

The NATURAL look is in this season,so wear some black mascara to bring out your eyes ,dab alittle bit of pink rossy blush on the apple cheeks ,some lipgloss, dont use alot of foundation bcause it will look unnatural, just coverup the blemishes, and add some eyeliner

Try black mascara ($12 L'oreal Telescopic) and put blue mascara on the tips ($25 Benefit Bad Gal Lash, Blue).

For lips, put Whimsy ($20 By Hard Candy) and clear lip gloss ($6 N.Y.C) on top.

-- hope it helps =)
