Well: according in ordering your "Cell Phone" should of been
issued by a " Retail Store " personly because "Cingular "
will give one free if yourself brought a second "Phone " regular price under "Family Protection & Plans " ok?

Go to cingular.com look up your account or they should have sent you a e-mail when they sent it and when you should expect delivery date usually takes 5 days.
